Clair's services encompass two decades of coach-client experience and training with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) the only globally recognised, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners.
ICF credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Training with ICF signifies a coach’s commitment to integrity, understanding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients.

Life Styles & Group Styles Inventory

CINERGY Conflict Coaching
Interpersonal conflict is an inevitable as well as a normal part of our personal and professional lives. CINERGY® Coaching aims to build conflict intelligence and help make conflict an opportunity for strengthening relationships so that interpersonal discord does not erode the purpose and vision of all concerned.
Based on extensive experiential research and study, the one-on-one model provides a future-oriented, results-oriented, and goal-oriented approach that combines executive coaching, neuroscience and conflict management principles.It’s designed in such a way that it not only helps to reduce the confusion that clients often experience when in conflict. This specialised coaching framework may be used before conflict arises (when it is anticipated), while going through a dispute, or after a conflict when resilience may be low and residual negativity lingers.

Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI)
The HBDI® is a powerful psychometric assessment that defines and describes the degree to which we think in the four quadrants of the Whole Brain® Model. The data helps us adapt our thinking preferences to communicate effectively, improve decision making and problem solving.
After completing the HBDI® survey, the person receives a comprehensive HBDI® Profile report that includes in-depth interpretation of the results, reference material about the Whole Brain® Model, comparison data, and activities for further exploration and development.
It provides the basis for Whole Brain® Thinking and all of our learning programs based on the Whole Brain® Model.
