Background

I’m a leadership development consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of experience across corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors.

My focus is on building capacity, strengthening relationships and creating workplaces where people thrive.

I’m accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Human Synergistics, Herrman Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Cynergy Conflict Coaching and the Diamond Power Index and I’m a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
